UK Customs Solutions Privacy Policy
As from the 25th May 2018 there are changes in privacy data coming into effect. General Data Protection Guidelines (GDPR) will give individuals more control on how their personal information is used. From this time A.L.P. Europe will need individuals to express their permission to continue contact.
Some contact details which are held by A.L.P. Europe include personal contact details including email addresses and phone numbers. Other details which we hold are company name, address of company, website address plus dates and details of any contact. We always note on where and / or how we have obtained the data stored.
Our marketing database will be used to send out updates on any relevant news topics or opportunities, which may benefit the company.
The marketing database will be reviewed regularly, and details deleted after two years if not required. However, in line with HMRC guidelines we will keep import, export and sales documents for 7 years.
Here at A.L.P. Europe we take your privacy very seriously. We will not pass information on to any third party and will only use details to contact the person directly.
If the individual no longer requires to be contacted or stored on our database we would require this to be sent by email to enquiries@alpeurope.co.uk. We will then delete all information and note the company name is not to be contacted.
As the data subject you have the right to request access and the deletion of such information subject to legal retention dates.
